Changing link for 'Our Works' Design Agency Pro

Hi,

Right now on the homepage of realworldknowhow.com, we have SKT Design Agency Pro theme installed.

On the homepage, “Our Works” section is enabled as Section 1. We’re currently calling the “Our Works” section “Know-How Categories”.

If you click on one of “Our Works”, for example “AUTO_OUR WORKS” the link takes you to http://realworldknowhow.com/photogallery/auto_w/

we would instead like the link to take you to
http://realworldknowhow.com/category/auto/

We would like this to be the case for all 6 of our WORKS/CATEGORIES

When the user clicks on the OUR WORKS link on the homepage, we actually want the browser to navigate to the corresponding CATEGORY page.
