    Hi,

    Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

    .woocommerce button.button.alt { background-color: #6ccc88;}
.woocommerce button.button.alt:hover { background-color: #000000;}
