    I haven’t received an email to install. My payment has gone through and I am stuck without a theme. Please assist. Order #1368

    Hi,

    You have paid using echeque. It will get processed by 17th as said by PayPal. Until and unless we get the money in our account we can’t process the order. You either have to cancel the cheque and pay using credit/debit card using PayPal to get instant download or wait till PayPal clears the cheque.
