Bought Fundraising Theme but was giving a wrong theme

Dear SKT,
I purchased a fundraising theme since over one week now, but unable to set my website up because the theme provided is a coffee shop theme, which i am finding difficult to customize.

I expected a simple and easy customization but i have spent too long trying to fix my website.
I will appreciate support with the full fundraising theme. So take i can update my website from construction mood since one week now.

I am still awaiting your response to my email and now on your support forum. I am unable to finish up my website as i was sent a wrong theme instead of the theme i ordered for.

I will await your prompt response.

http://globalfundingnetwork.org/ It is already showing fundraiser theme.

https://savingachild.org/……And second one is on under construction mode. Therefore we are unable to check the issue.
