Book Appointment Form – Med Pro

I would like the change the contact form on the sliders. Is there any way to take out the section “Booking Date?”

I would also like to change the text on the “Book an appointment” box at the bottem ot the contact form.

Instead of saying “Book an Appointment” I want it to read “Request a Quote”

You can edit the contact form from inc/custom-functions.php

As the sign says” Editing this code is highly discouraged” so I will do it on the practice site first. When I started working on this site I did a search of all of the template docs for certain terms like Appointment” or Services” to see which one would need to be changed but most terms came up in multiple docs so I didn’t know which ones to change, this is a big help.
