Big start letters

Hello,
http://sktthemesdemo.net/itconsultant/ Under the red circles are big start letters.
Database Managment, Web Development etc…
I only want the first big and the other lowercase letters.

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Options>>Basic Settings>>Custom CSS Box:

Add this code there:

.top_four_column h4 span { text-transform:lowercase !important;}
