Background not scaled on mobile device

Hi, The slider on the home page works perfectly fine both on desktop and mobile device but the background image on all other pages only works fine in desktop version. When I look at the page in mobile version it is very zoomed in and it is not possible to see what the background image is showing.

What could the problem be and how is it solved?
