Analytics goals code at mailto and tel urls

Hi, I am trying to add this code

in Header -> Topbar Left Text 1
But after publishing it returns to

<i class=”fa fa-envelope” aria-hidden=”true”></i> [email protected]

without the onClick trigger.
I’m I doing something wrong?
