After clicking on link, page is to high

Hi there,

When you click on a link (www.pceerstehulp.com) you will see that the main text is hidden behind the transparent blue bar.

What can I do to make sure you can see the text below the blue bar?

In this example you see “Corona maatregelen van” behind the blue. This is the case for every link.
