Adding Images to Photo Gallery

Please what are the steps to add images to the Hotel Pro photo gallery? When I click add New in just adds a gallery page without any option to add pictures. Even when I create a category. Please how do I add pictures?

16+ hours after I sent in this support request no action has yet to be taken on it. This is not good for SKThemes image at all. Please someone should respond to my query.

Sorry for the time. We are getting close to 350 emails we can respond to support forum faster and slow down emails will shoot an email for this too.

After designing and uploading site based on Hotel Pro, all changes and site designs disappeared and the default theme appearance was showing instead of my site. Why is that?

Do I need a child theme since I am not doing any hard-coding on the theme?
