Yes you can use the youtube video iframe code you get from youtube or use any youtube shortcode plugin and place the video code generated via plugin.

To remove blog functionality from footer kindly goto Appearance » Widgets » Footer Widget Second and add whatever you want to display.

Drag and drop text widget in sidebar main and use shortcode of contact form 7.
