Hello,

Thank you for your update.

We can confirm that the issue was caused by the theme installed on the website.

We have set a default theme and updated the PHP Version for the website. It is now fully accesisble on our end.

We would recommend before enabling the previous theme to contact the vendor, as it seems it is not fully compatible with the 8.2 PP Version.

We checked the documentation of the theme and it should be, so there might be another issue present with it, however, we as a hosting provider cannot review this further.

Delete the above code from the file.

Just we resolved the bug that was showing an issue in PHP 8. So to resolve the issue in https://logs-for-sale-kent.co.uk, we need to debug the error and resolve this issue.

Because each theme’s functionality and its function are different, without debugging it is not possible to resolve the PHP 8 issue.

Hi,

Kindly go to core-function.php and find text “our-services” and change it there.

'rewrite' => array('slug' => 'our-services'),

Example: 'rewrite' => array('slug' => 'Enter page slug as you want'),

After changing slug kindly update permalink.

I can confirm that the critical error is due to the SKT Girlie Pro theme not being compatible with PHP version 8.3.13

I would advise updating or upgrading the theme from the them provider in WordPress, once you have upgraded the theme, you can go ahead and update the PHP version to 8.3.13.

At the moment I have reverted the PHP version back to 7.4 and the website is loading the moment.

wp-content >> themes >> classified >> front-end-template >> add-listing.php
wp-content >> themes >> classified >> front-end-template >> profile.php

Note: Do not modify the form fields, as any changes may cause the add-listing page to stop working.

I have created child theme and successfully activated with below comment in style.css. But Child’s theme style.css is not working after I add up add_action in function.php using below code:

Hello,

I am trying to use the theme SKT Exceptiona with the below server, and I am getting a 500 error.

SKT Exceptiona Version: pro4.0
Server architecture Windows NT 6.1 AMD64
Web server Microsoft-IIS/7.5
PHP version 8.0.6 (Supports 64bit values)

I switched to another theme, and the site came up. The back end works fine as well.

Please let me know how to repair this.
