Kindly tell me how to adjust the text below the page where the ABOUT US is, I want to change the text but dont know how to.

And also, i need the text on the navigation tab to be abit bigger and still maintain a straight line not double lines please.

1. The theme does not optimize itself automatically on mobile devices especially on Tablets.

2. The header where the LOGO and Book Appointment section is too large in breath,would like it be reduced, so that the Logo would sit on the Menu tab and to be properly aligned.
