    Hi Dave,

    First of all, we were not informed about this when we bought the theme. All what was mentionned explicitly is that “You will get login for our support forum and our email id and skype ID after purchase of a theme”, this is what was written and the duration of the support was not mentioned neither.

    Secondly, since we bought the theme we couldn’t use it because it was such complicated to do many things and not as we have been excpecting. Then we discovered lately that there is a support team of SKT Themes that we could contact (which is not such helpful as we are expecting).

    To pay 18 dollards for one configuration that we couldn’t resolve even if we install “remove featured image”, we would prefer to buy a new theme from one company more truthful and which provides a real support for their clients.
