Can we do so that when you open pop-up forms home page is not scrolled?

can’t make it quit as well as on my website with the theme kora http://dv-fish.com/delikatesyi/ (red button under the goods) With the subject as a welder don’t play with the settings fancybox can’t do anything

Added, now form on top menu, this is all OK. Another question how to make so that when you open pop-up form the page is not scrolled up, and the window opened at the same level where is the button

If you add single button with a popup contact form on home page, open the form and scroll the website page down, if they added another, pressing form goes up and goes under the menu
