I have tried several image sizes inc 1400px x 300px but it keeps scaling them up to 1442 x 441px.
I have now tried image size of 980 x 300 px and again the theme scaled them up to 1442 x 441.
Also, how do I stop the sliders from appearing on my News (Blog) Page? I have altered the templates but no change

I have tried changing the slider pictures to 300 h but they still appear as large images (1400×457) when the slider is saved! How do I reduce the size of the slider?September 20, 2015 at 10:36 pm in reply to: Buzness Pro Sliders #11522
I would like to try and see what height looks best. I want my welcome header to appear higher on the page. I tried changing the image size and it makes no difference. How can I reduce the height of the slider?August 17, 2015 at 6:08 am in reply to: How do I insert pictures above Homepage boxes (Bizness) #10298

An update – have deleted W3 Total Cache and my IT manager has installed another cache manager & theme is working. Will update you of any more issues.

Wish I could say the same. Uploaded theme – very responsive but the sliders were not showing on live site though they were visible while in WordPress. The site tagline still disappears when logo uploaded. I changed some font & colour settings and saved them and I got an error message ‘CSS / JS minify cache: No sources to serve’. I changed back to the free theme and the slider had stopped working in that as well. Have reloaded Pro version but same issues, same error. I searched WordPress Help for this error https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-occurred-while-creating-the-css-js-minify-cache-no-sources-to-serve and a response from ‘Jonny_n’ to another user and his advice was that it was something too do with the theme code.
Do you have any suggestions?June 9, 2015 at 7:47 am in reply to: Issues with changeover to IT Consultant Pro #7743
I enabled the Falcon Performance engine and it still works slowly. I will wait for you and revert to the basic template in the meantimeJune 9, 2015 at 7:09 am in reply to: Issues with changeover to IT Consultant Pro #7739
Thank you Shri
The theme is perfect for our business. I will apply fastest speed possible and look forward to receiving a revised theme. Once this is resolved we would be happy to recommend you.
