Space at the bottom of the first section

I have recently changed the font size but realized this caused a space at the bottom of the first section. I change the font back but I still have the space.  What am I doing wrong and how can I fix this?

Attaching images does not seem to be working on this support form.  Also, email notifications do not seem to be working despite having “notify me of the following replies via email” check box checked below.

Attaching images doesn’t work but you can use imgur or similar service like slack, dropbox to post it here.

Notifications do work because admin also gets emails in the same way as you. I tested it by creating a test ticket in the morning and then replied as admin and that test account email did get the ticket response. Please check your spam/junk folder.
