I would like to add multi language on top bar and also there has to be Description which is already there in the website so kindly help me for the same.. or if it could be possible to add with the navigation bar would be helpful

I have downloaded the google translate plugin and added in top bar but the box of translate is getting hidden under top bar so kindly help me to make it visible
We can see the translate box only when we scroll down so please help me to do needful

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Options>>Basic Settings>>Custom CSS Box:

Add this code there:
