Need flag language on the home page

hi guys,

i have just installed “girlie” theme on my website http://www.toursinfirenze.com. I have installed q translate plugin, but i need to insert a flag country to choose the selected language on the top right of the home page, such as you made on my last website http://www.annababyroom.it.
