    With the themes, the menu is always at the top. Can I also change the position e.g. From top to header

    Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

    .mywrap {
  position: sticky !important;
  top: 0;
}
