How to change hos page shows on facebook

I’ve finished my website and I now want to link to it on Facebook – but when doing so, it just shows the “lorem ipsum”-text in the text below the picture.

I know it’s because there is not any “real” text on my frontage, since it’s build out of elements (I use the SKT Design Agency theme), but how do I change it, so it does not show the Lorem ipsum text? I know how to do it manually on Facebook but I want to change it in my backend, so it does not show when others share my site.

The problem is that when I try to link directly to the page it shows this on Facebook:

The text below the picture is just a “lorem ipsum”-default text, since there is no real text on my landing page, but is it possible for me to define what it says in my backend?
