Header Elementor Problems

I have two question;

1. Why some themes do not appear in the files I downloaded? and how can I download these themes? Example: SKT Mattress – Mattress Shop WordPress Theme

2. Is it possible to edit the header area of the theme with elementor? When I design a new header with Elementor, the slider section disappears.

I sent an e-mail for support but no one returned. How does support work?

Hi,

1. Kindly ask access to download the SKT Mattress theme via [email protected]

2. Yes, it’s possible to manage the header and footer areas with the elementor, but here you also have to manage the slider with the elementor because in our theme, the slider is also part of the header, so it’s gone when you set the header from the elementor.
