Gravida Pro – Wordpress Dashboard-Customize issues

Having issues at WordPress Dashboard-Appearance-Customise Gravida Pro theme, after returning to visit this after about 2 months.

There are 9 captures attached here.
Capture 1 is when I am at the dashboard
Capture 2 is how it looks when i click on the front page (partly hidden contents)
Capture 2.1 is how it looks (blank) when the trying to access it again
Capture 3 is how it looks when Front page is accessed
The rest of the captures against it related sidebar icons show how the dashboard is looking.

What could be the issue?

I am unable to work further on my website after much hours of development already put into it. Can’t afford to Reset

Hi Kaz,

Customizer Themes have been updated since WordPress 4.7 due to some CSS conflicts.

We will give you re-access of the theme shortly.

Hi Kaz,

Given you re-access to the theme. Kindly re-download the theme, activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate new theme.

Deletion of theme does not delete theme options or its settings. Uploading and activating the new theme will solve these problems.
