We are having issues with our blog template and think we may need to relace the core blog template as a refresh. How can we replace it in the theme core via ftp?
We can not see the ‘blog template’ from classic editor page drop list, and do not have the ability to allow users to click “next” to move to the next article once on a blog article. Can you help? That is how we found the blog can not be edited too.
December 10, 2025 at 11:38 am #234477Hi,
If you are facing this issue in our theme, go to the customizer area; there is an option to manage post single-page navigation:
Kindly go to Admin > Appearance > Customize > POST & PAGE > POST SETTINGS > Next and Previous Posts; if you are on this option, navigation is visible on the single post page. Also verify how many posts are present to manage next and previous functionality; you have to have more than one post.

December 11, 2025 at 12:53 pm #234485Hi,
Here we check on the Gavida Pro ver 1.2 theme; there is no option to set blog page template layouts in this theme.
Kindly ask if you also want the option to set the blog page template in the customizer area or only need the page template within the page.
NOTE: This is a custom requirement which would require some additional hours and doesnt fall under theme support. Kindly connect with us on [email protected] for a quote.

DaveDecember 12, 2025 at 5:08 am #234510We’ll we tried to update the Gravia PRO theme and the style sheet looks teriible.
We’d prefer to just update the theme since we have paid access to 2025 zip with ver 7.0 but as said it did not work when we attempted to update to 7.0. Odd.
Therefore of you suggest we replace the core blog template we’d try that. Rather not pay to have the blog page just fixed in old 1.2 old version, versus have the updated 7.0 pro version. Thoughts?
December 16, 2025 at 10:56 am #234590Hi,
This is not a solution to replace style.css or core file form new theme to old theme; here we also update the Gravida theme framework for the new theme. CSS is different; it does not work with the old theme.
Kindly ask which type of blog layout you want in your theme; here we try to manage it using CSS. You need to decide whether to remove the sidebar, set the layout to full width, or position the sidebar on the right side.
