Dear Support Team,

I did get your last response… so, I went into my photo gallery and changed my photo gallery shortcode from show=”-1″ to show=”9″ since I wanted nine photos/videos to initially show.

When I go to www.swimsproutoftexas.com and stroll down to the “Photo Gallery” area… 9 pictures do show. Great!!

However, when I click on “Photo”… only 8 photos show even though I have 10 “photos” published. You said in your last response to me that all 10 would show… this is not happening.

The same thing happened when I changed the shortcode from show=”9″ to show=”6″… when I go to www.swimsproutoftexas.com and stroll down, there are only 6 pictures. Great! But, when I click on “Photo” only 5 photos show up… not the 10 that I have published.

Why is this happening and how do we correct this?

I’m trying to create a website for my sister-in-law that looks very similar to the website of her former teacher’s. My sister-in-laws website is http://www.swimsproutoftexas.com and her former teacher’s website is http://www.swimsprout.com. My sister-in-laws former teacher has approved us in doing this… they are working together.

My problems are these:
1. When I go to “Our Team” area on our website, http://www.swimsproutoftexas.com/#section3, the photos on that page are “links” and I need to eliminate those links… I don’t want someone to click on those pictures and to be taken off that page. How do I eliminate these links?

2. When I go to “Our Team” area on our website, http://www.swimsproutoftexas.com/#section3, the second area of “links” are the names that are on that page… which is fine. However, the links right now take the visitor to the wrong page. For example, right now if you click on the name “Bonnie Cannon”, the link takes you to a this page: http://www.swimsproutoftexas.com/team/bonnie-cannon

That is NOT the page that I want them to go to… the page that I do want them to go to is this page: http://www.swimsproutoftexas.com/our-team/bonnie-bio

How do I change these “links” on the names? I have created /our-team/ pages for all of these names:

I would like to change the image size of the team member image that is displayed on my homepage Team Members Section (http://www.homelessthinktank.org/) and on my Team Member page.(http://www.homelessthinktank.org/member/think-tank-members/)

I would also like the images to display the same on both pages-be consistent in size
(The best option is that whatever size image I upload, is the size the image displays.

I would also like it that the gap between the image and the text to be consistent.

I am using the same shortcode ([ourteam col=”4″ show=”8″ excerptlength=”25″]) to display on both pages so not sure why they display differently.

I have played around with the team-thumb and team-info css but have not been able to get any consistency or anyway to get image to display properly.

This is a sample image and size of image that I want to be displayed in the same size in both pages. It gets cut off on the home page. (I ultimately want all profile images to display at this size.

Hello, (we are using the Strong Pro Theme)

We purchased this theme. We have reviewed the documentation many times but can’t seem to solve these issues. Please kindly cut and paste the answers/code so we may proceed with our launch. Thank you.

1) Problem: Home Section #1 “The Three Boxes…What’s Next, Membership, Personal Training”
We need the entire shortcode to enter into the “text” portion of the editor for this section. We tried editing (just adding our own words) the section and somehow the whole proportion is thrown off and it floats up into the slider home screen slider. Also all 3 of the background colors turned grey, the two “read more” boxes completely disappeared. We want the original colors, boxes and “read more” boxes as shown in the demo.

2) Problem: Home Section #6 “Start a personal training session with…”

Need the original shortcode for this section as well. Instead of the demo language we want these words: Join the community and start learning Fletcher Kempo (fletcher kempo should be in white color bold) The button should read “Start Now” (presently it reads “Get Started”)

3) Problem: Header Section

How do remove the copyright symbol and the words ” Copyright Select Themes” so it does not show up on our site homepage header and site?

4) Problem: Home Section #2 ” Everything About Fitness”

How do we change the icon pictures that are in blue? Most of them are fine but we need to change 2 or 3 of them.

5) Problem: Home Page Store Section

How can we hide this section until we finish our store? The other sections have a hide button, but we could not find a way to hide this section. We have not downloaded WooCommerce yet but will later.

6) Problem: Footer Section
How can we add Instagram and YouTube icons and social links to the footer?

Thank you! I can now see some changes. There is our team-section called “Tuotemerkkimme”. I can now click the grey box below logo and link works perfectly but is it possible to make also the logo (or whole div where is logo, it’s background and the grey box) as a link. Hopefully you can understand me 🙂

In “Why choose us”-section there is three grey boxes: Laatu, Ammattitaito and Palvelu. In those boxes there is thumbnail images which are now links to the articles laatu, ammattitaito and palvelu. I’d like to make thumbnails as “not link”. What is the easiest way?

Hello,

I am using Build Pro Theme, and I have a few questions. Please excuse my ignorance, I’m fairly new to WordPress but very excited by all it can do, and thrilled with how my site is shaping up. This template is not really designed for the purpose I’m using it for but it’s the best one I’ve seen in terms of the look I’m going for.

I am looking for a way to add a color bar behind text, similar to the way it looks when the title is printed onto the header bar of the page, or when the titles scroll out across the header slider pictures. Also, is there a way to have more control of what color appears where? I see how to select a batch of colors, but it seems to be trial and error as far as which one ends up where.

Next question pertains to menus. I understand the theme allows for only one menu, and that the way to add additional menus is by using the widgets. However, I am not using any sidebars or footers and don’t wish to. Is there no way to add an additional menu in the top bar below the first menu, and to place that second menu only on certain pages, or to add another menu in the text that is horizontal rather than vertical? I plan to use rather detailed submenus. For example, when you go to the “shop” page, it includes everything that’s for sale. Ideally, I’d have a menu at the top listing each category, with a pull down of subcategories for each, that doesn’t appear on the home page because it doesn’t really need to.

Third question, I love the look of the Homeslider but am not at all crazy about the regular sliders. Any way to use something that looks like the homeslider on other pages, or to use more than one different homeslider?

I have 2 questions about the “team” carousel. I tried to set it up to loop, but no matter how I change the code it just stops. I’d really like it to loop because otherwise the placement of its stop is awkward. I’ve added music on that page so it would be nice if it continued to circle the way the music does.

The other question is, if I decide not to use the carousel, is there any way to fit 5 people across? If I let it sit stationary, which i think might be better, only 4 people fit across and the 4th person drops below where he’s kind of hidden. When I changed the number of columns to 5, I got a huge, full screen picture of each person.

That’s about it for now. I want to tell you I bought 2 other themes before I found yours and they were complex, awkward, and ultimately not that attractive. I’m loving this one! Thanks!

1. I try to change the Section titles from H2 to H1 via CSS. I Found in the style.css the line
.home1_section_area h2{padding:0;margin-bottom:3%;clear:both}

Must I change here something?

Or do you have a custom css code for changimg the section titles?

2. Can I use the section titles as anchor?
I use the front page with 6 section
I want to jump from the menu to “Team” – (section 4)
So can I use a Link like https://physioimpuls.de/section4 ?

Or must I set anchor points?

A summary of the fix:

2. Response to number 2 is I did made it vertical direction. My problem is when I use the mouse wheel scrolling down it always starts at the bottom(contact) then (happy customers) and so on.It should be when using mouse wheel down it starts going to (services) then (our team) going to (contact) then back to slider

1) logo size i took 74px in height but the problem is tagline is sticking with the slider
