Hello SKT team,
I am using the coffee pro theme for a customer´s website und have several issues.
1. The lower part of the default-banner.jpg gets cut off, even if I use your original default-banner.jpg file. The image is 1420 px width and 287 px height. At the coffee pro demo on your website the image is displayed enlarged to fit full screen, so it gets wider and higher, but the lower part of this image is not cut off. On my website the lower part of the image is cut of at 287px. How can I avoid that the standard header image (default-banner.jpg) gets cut off?

2. Where can I make changes to the contact form? I need the lettering in German, not in English. I also need some additional columns, but I couldn´t figure out where to edit/modify the standard contact form.

3. In the contact info on the contact page there is an additional line between the address and the phone no. with the character “1” in it. This bug shows up on your coffee pro demo page also. How can I remove the “1” from that line? Also how can I change the English label “phone:” into the German “Telefon:”?

4. How can I change the labeling of the contact info in the footer area from English to German, e.g. “address” to “Adresse”?

The website is behind a maintenance wall, so I can´t send any links to the site. And I also can´t give you any login data, since it is the website of a customer. So please let me know, what I have to do to fix the errors/bugs mentioned above.

Hi Team!

Firstly, I absolutely LOVE this theme. It’s so sleek and professional! I did have a general inquiry. Usually, I would edit the plugin if I downloaded it but for built-in items like “Our Team” I’m not sure how to edit the template.

How would you recommend I change from the default template of Large Column + Small Column like blog pages to a full-width page like you can create when creating pages.

Hi,

Kindly edit skt-startup-pro/inc/custom-functions.php file, go to line number 664, you will get below code there:

'rewrite' => array('slug' => 'our-team'),

Now change ‘our-team’ to ‘our-works’ and save it.

After that kindly go to Settings » Permalinks, select Plain and save it. Now select Post name and save it again.

Hello I’ve found that the ‘Our Team’ section actually works better for my portfolio than the ‘Our Works’ section does. That’s all fine and dandy except the url comes up ‘http://mrqt-ideation.com/our-team/%5Bname of project] when you click on each project. Is there a way to change the url so that it doesn’t display ‘our-team’ as the parent page? It doesn’t necessarily need to say /our-works/[name of project] (although it would be sweet if it did), but i would like to get rid of the /our-team/. Thanks

In the selection “News” you can see, the second News has not a distance to the border. I`ts not fine.

Thanks to the SKT team for solving too problems I had with my site. Special thanks go to Dave who gave me the CSS code to change the color of my comment box, and to Chris who gave me the CSS code to get rid of strange vertical lines that were showing up on each page when navigating from page to page.

Response time was less than 24 hours, and using the codes they gave me I solved the problem right away.

Hello,
I am using your industrial-theme.

In “Our Team”-section, I want to make some changes:

1.
between the first and the second row of team members, there is no free space. How am I able to create a space in there?

2.
I want to show a phone- and a mail icon under every member-photo with the info next to the icon.
I tried creating a table and added the icons as a media-file in the description of the teams profile.
Unfortunately, the icon is only shown after I clicked on the persons profile.

3. I want to deactivate the ability to click on a member, so that there is no extra profile-page opening!

I have noticed on optimising the site that there are issues with alt tags which affects my SEO.

They are as follows:

The main logo comes up with the message “images without alt tags”

The following come up with the message “images with missing alt tags”

– box thumbnail image on all service boxes
– slider image on home page
– featured image on every other page

The above is despite me completing every alt tag in the media library

Can you advise as soon as possible how this can be fixed?

thank you so much for your help! Now I only have one more problem I need help with:
If you check out my website and visit the “team” page (domain.at/team/) and then click on one of the team members the URL changes to “domain.at/neuigkeiten/team/team-member” (“neuigkeiten” being the blog page) instead of “domain.at/team/team-member”.
If you enter the “correct” url (domain.at/team/team-member) by hand then the page redirects to “domain.at/neuigkeiten/team/team-member” automatically.

Do you have a solution for this behaviour?
