    Hi Jason,

They are default widgets. Once you add anything in Primary sidebar within Appearance>Widgets. If there is no primary sidebar there would be Blog sidebar.

Add there any widget and it will replace the default ones.

    Regards,
    Shri

I have a few suggestions to add to your development backlog for the “Sections” tab within Theme Options.

    1. Ability to reorder sections by drag/drop.  Much like we can do with menu items and widgets.

    2. If possible, add section name in grey box of collapsed section.

    3. Another “if possible”, the ability to copy/paste sections.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Kindly check Appearance>Widgets>Footer widget 1 and 2.

Add your own widgets in there and it will remove the first 2 widgets of useful links and main menu.

    Regards,
    Shri

I’m using Full Width on a site for a band, and they want a link to their Reverb Nation page. I set up a text widget and added links to Facebook, Twitter and Reverb Nation with custom graphics, but the text widget is not replacing your social icons.

Am I doing something wrong? A text widget should just replace whichever footer slot I add it to, right? Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi,

Within footer.php you will find all the codes used for the widgets. There are 2 widgets: Recent Tweets (which you can change from Appearance>Widgets and add your own) and Photo Stream (Add anything on your own).

In case you want to change the other 2 i.e. Follow us and Contact Us you have to remove the code from Footer.php

In case this is difficult for you and you need all 4 of them widgetized send us FTP details and WP Admin details via email: [email protected] and we will get this done for you.

    Regards,
    Shri

    Hi,

Sure one can add more. It is recommended to remove our widget by using Appearance>Widgets

In Footer Widget 2 or 3 probably add any other widget and add as many social media icons and text you want.

    Use a plugin like: https://wordpress.org/plugins/social-media-icons-widget/

And use their widget removing ours and add as many as you need.

Thank you for this nice Thema. I used it on http://www.renard.photo.  – I would like to change the color of the first letter in the widget-titles of the sidebar. I tried to add “.sidebar h1.widget-title:first-letter,” to the functions.php but that seems not to be right. What is the right  addition?

And: I would like to complement the comment feature in the sidebar. Is that possible? Using a Text / HTML widget?

    Hi,

Actually the footer menu is coming from widgets. Kindly check with admin panel Appearance>Widgets to see the footer items coming from there. You can completely replace our social media widget and add your own with icons and text and link.

For the menu however it can’t be done as it is a full width theme and it remains full width on any screen.

    Hi Peter,

The main menu is a widget from widgets section under appearance tab. Change the widget to something else. Or create another menu and place that within that widget.

You can add any type of widget like image, text etc within that area.

If you find it still difficult let us know what you need done there and we will help you with that.

    Regards,
    Shri

    Hi Jordan,

Its simple. All you need to do is go to widgets under appearance in admin section. Click on footer widget 3.

Remove the widget we have and add a text widget instead and add this code:
    <h3 class="company-title">Full Width</h3>
    <p>123 Some Street</p>
    <p>California USA</p>
    <p><strong>Phone :</strong> 100 2000 300</p>
    <p><strong>Fax :</strong> 200 3000 400</p>
    <p><strong>Email :</strong> [email protected]</p>

Similarly in contact us page as well you can place this code and use default page template instead of contact us template.
