Hi,

Q1. White big space where I had a big image before on several pages. Looks like most of the the image are smaller and rest of space is white with some images??

Ans: Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

Q2. Every page shows a sidebar on the right with a menu > all pages??

Ans: To remove sidebar there are 2 process.

1. You go to pages>edit any page and on right hand side under page attributes select template: Full Width and save.
2. Second way is to go to Appearance>Widgets and drag and drop a new widget in main sidebar to replace what is shown in default on the sidebar.

Q3. PDF clickable sample images are all stretched. I think this is because of the sidebar > no option to deactivate only for single post pages??

I have again the same promblem. After making adds and removes to “Appearance->widgets->Header Topbar Right widget”. The text I have in “Topbar Right Text 1” disappeared. If you want I can give you the username and the password again, alternately, guide me what I need to do to learn it and do it myself when needed.

Hi,
The problem has been fixed manually, you can no longer observe it.
It is about changing the URL address, the name of the site database for the migration, this will change after migration the personalized logo to the logo of the demo, then will modify some formatting of the page homepage and add the widgets from the footer demo to the already customized ones.
This is best practice to avoid these formatting distortions.

I recently uploaded a few sites and here is the problem I encountered after migration.
When I design a site locally, the URL address being of type http://localhost/site.
For the migration by following all the correct procedures (updating the wp-config.php file, updating the .sql database with the correct type address https://www.mysite.com, updating the .htaccess file, database import and file upload to server).
But I see that the site once migrated to the server, the formatting changes completely.
Logo becomes demo logo, some parts of homepage lose formatting, demo footer widget data is added to degrade formatting.
I also had the same problem when redesigning the site.
For example, when redesigning, I create a project folder in which I put the new site type http://www.mysite.com/project. And it is this project that is migrated to http://www.mysite.com.
Still deteriorating formatting after migration.
I would like to know what procedures to follow to prevent the site from losing its formatting after migration?

I have the “aeliaspa.gr”. Today I tried to add a plug in to the “Header Topbar Right Widget” area” and because I saw that the text of “Topbar Right Text 1” was covering me, I removed the plug in from there, but the text I have in “Topbar Right Text 1” also disappeared. Could you help me to have the text I write in “Topbar Right Text 1” reappear on the top right again?

The large Posterity Pro slider containing various mountain images displays on any WordPress page I configure as the site’s Front Page. I want it removed completely. How do I do this?

Hello.Oki I saw the changes. it’s good.
1. But I would like the cursor to be completely at the bottom of the “header top widget”. When I change the images I remake the images and texts are on the images of the slider. If we can bring the sliders down to the bottom
2. I deleted the logo but there is a red rectangle that remains if we can remove it
3. For the website header I was able to modify but align to the right. I would have liked it to take the entire width of the page in fact.

1) Is it possible to activate widget left and right areas in the header? We want to add contact information, social media icons and the language selector at the top, above the menu, but of the 4 types of header layout, none have a widget area in the header.

Ans: This is custom requirement and it will be chargeable extra as the theme doesn’t have this option

2) In the main menu we have an item “Contact” with a submenu. When we click on “Contact” the submenu is displayed instead of opening the corresponding page. How can we correct it?

Ans: Contact menu is working fine as you need. submenu are open while you click contact menu.
