Dear SKT Themes Support Team,

I am currently editing a WordPress template called Contractor Pro (Version: pro5.0) and encountered an issue with the Testimonial Box sidebar widget.

The widget is being used on the “About Us” page of our website http://www.mecsa.cl (please note that “www” must be included in the URL, as omitting it causes issues). The specific page is:

We would like to add navigation arrows or dots to this testimonial carousel to allow users to manually advance or go back. Additionally, we’d like to adjust the autoplay speed and transition duration of the carousel.

However, we haven’t found a way to implement these changes. We will send the login details to your support email for further assistance.

Kindly go to Admin > Appearance > Widgets > Basket sidebar > kindly add cart block here it’s visible on header.

Does multiple DEMO import of the same theme affects/restrict usage of the theme? Here are some issues encountered. Any settings/configuration to check?

Note: removed some section of the page.
 
Issue 1: skt-infotech.zip demo imported successfully, modified the theme pages but mouse scroll up/down is not functioning as normal for all pages, it dosent scroll using mouse scroll/slow and pages are shaking when view the site (site is under construction. Both Production/Staging in wordpress has same mouse scroll issue) . You need to use page scroll instead.

Issue 2: Renamed each Service Title, 3 out of 8 services didn’t apply the [sidebar-menu menu=’services’]. All other service pages shows correctly. Copy the same HTML code that is working but the 3 service pages doesn’t have side menu though contents are displaying. Code below

This question arises because this theme Carpet Cleaning Version: pro6.0 on your website is currently listed under a different theme name “Cleaning Company” and I believe this might extend to several themes that were updated, fixed or added last year. I would appreciate your review on this matter.

Hello Best wishes for 2025.

It seems that the SKT Addons for Elementor plugin v3.4 has an issue with WP v 6.7.1.
It prevents the loading of the Elementor when editing a page. The circle keeps turning in the Widget column on the left side.
When I disable the plugin, Elementor works fine, but then site’s layout messes up since it uses some SKT widgets.

Could you please update it to be compatible with the current WP version?

Dave we tried to just add a new test profile page. (general page) Then assign it as a profile under template.

-Then new page assigned as a “profile” under template drop, can NOT be edited with elementor.

-If we change to elementor page builder under template drop, we see the widget we added, but NO profile area shows.

-Then when we set it back as a “profile” the page does not show the widget but now shows the profile area.

Makes no sense can you explain better? Or can we share our login info and you check it out?

Thank Dave. This support request was started weeks ago before we expired, yet we went ahead and renewed because you guys block us from responding or posting to forum if account is expired. Have an issue still on this classified theme.

-when a user adds a new listing, the image shows as blank in our library, AND does not show on the listing widgets. we must then add it as a featured image as admin. even then the image shows as blank in media library. thus we must click on listing, right click, save image as, upload it to library, then add it manually to the listing as admin. crazy. we are about to do a large marketing blast but can not until this is fixed.

Thanks figured it our. Created new pages, and added sections from template to new pages, along with elementor widgets.

Still not sure how to edit the “search section” once added to page. e.g. where is the data pulled from like the prices, etc. Help?

In the elementor plugin, elementor supported widgets are automatically added; there are no options to add them; it’s automatically added. If you are asking about our “skt-addons-for-elementor” plugin widgets, this plugin is temporarily closed, so its widgets are not showing in the elementor plugin. Here, our developers are working on this plugin, which will start soon.

How do I add all the SKT elements into Elementor’s Element Manager so that I can choose SKT plugins alongside other add-on companies plugins?

Currently, when I look in Element Manager I see the Elementor, Elementor Pro, and WordPress widgets but, none else. Even if I add a plugin, say the SKT-Appointment and activate it, the plugin does not show in Element Manager.

Also, is there a way to install more than one plug-in simultaneously, or all of them, so I can pick and choose? On that topic, does SKT provide any kind of tool similar to Element Manager so we can review, choose, and install more easily?

Kindly use the “Carousel” block for using the slider on the home page. See the given url to add the carousel block. Here you are using the “Elementor Page Builder” template, which is the right page template for the home page.
